In early June 2026, the Fatherland Front Committee of Viet Hung Ward held a meeting to review and evaluate the operation of the pilot version of the website "Information and Digital Library providing documents, news, and receiving public feedback." With a minimalist and user-friendly interface, the website is designed to be a digital platform address, storing a variety of documents (official letters, guidelines, plans, resolutions, propaganda publications, etc.) for easy access and reference anytime, anywhere. Importantly, it is also a convenient digital tool for citizens to submit feedback, suggestions, and proposals (both in text and image format) to the Fatherland Front Committee of the ward for 24/7 reception and resolution.
According to Mr. Doan Huu Vinh, Vice Chairman of the Fatherland Front Committee and Secretary of the Youth Union of the ward: The website is being urgently completed to be put into use in 2026. This is a great effort by the staff of the Fatherland Front at the grassroots level to improve the quality of their work in the current trend of comprehensive digital transformation. Besides technical aspects, the most important condition remains that officials, Party members, and the people of the entire ward must be familiar with digital technology and digital transformation.

Furthermore, Viet Hung ward is making positive strides in building a digital government. Currently, 100% of documents from the Party Committee and the People's Committee of the ward are processed, digitally signed, and exchanged electronically. The document management and online conference systems operate stably and connect seamlessly with higher levels. Important databases such as population, civil registration, and land are effectively utilized, contributing to shortening processing times, reducing paperwork, and enhancing accuracy and transparency. Digital infrastructure has been invested in comprehensively throughout the ward, with fiber optic internet reaching all agencies, units, and schools, and 4G network coverage reaching 100% of residential areas. Along with this, information security is strictly implemented, with no incidents occurring, creating a solid foundation for digital operations.

Digital transformation is not only prevalent in the public sector but also spreading strongly throughout daily life. Community-based digital technology groups in residential areas have effectively supported citizens in accessing online public services and cashless payments, gradually fostering digital habits. As a result, e-commerce, cashless payments, and the use of electronic invoices are becoming increasingly common. Many businesses have proactively applied technology to promote their products and expand their markets. Regular training in digital skills for citizens is maintained, contributing to the gradual formation of a digital society at the grassroots level. Furthermore, the development of digital human resources is emphasized through training courses and workshops on information technology and data security.
Upholding the spirit of innovation as outlined in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo , Viet Hung ward has concretized its approach with a clear action program outlining key tasks, tailored to the specific characteristics of a densely populated area with a vibrant economy, and clearly assigning responsibilities to each department and individual. The ward's Steering Committee for Science and Technology Development, Innovation, and Digital Transformation has also been strengthened to ensure centralized and unified leadership. It has been determined that digital transformation is not merely about increasing technology application, nor is it a requirement solely for the IT department, but rather a comprehensive transformation of leadership and management methods, centered on the people, with service efficiency as the benchmark, thereby creating a ripple effect throughout society.
