Congratulatory message on the anniversary of the Polish Constitution Day.

On the occasion of the 235th anniversary of the Polish Constitution Day (May 3, 1791 - May 3, 2026), on May 3, 2026, General Secretary and President To Lam sent a congratulatory message to President Karol Nawrocki; Prime Minister Le Minh Hung sent a congratulatory message to Prime Minister Donald Tusk; and National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man sent a congratulatory message to Senate President Małgorzata Kidawa Błonska and House of Representatives President Szymon Hołownia.

On the same day, Foreign Minister Le Hoai Trung also sent a congratulatory message to Foreign Minister Radowsław Sikorski.
