Officials, people, armed forces, union members and youth of Hoi An City joined the parade through the main streets; thereby creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the homeland's liberation.
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Hoi An, the city organized many activities to review the heroic tradition, express gratitude and honor the great contributions of the people of Hoi An in the revolutionary struggle, building and defending the homeland and the country. At the same time, introduce the great achievements that the Party Committee and people of Hoi An have achieved after 50 years of liberation.
Thereby, enhancing pride, sense of responsibility, encouraging all classes of people to promote the spirit of solidarity, aspiration to rise up, enthusiastically compete, work creatively, contributing to building Hoi An to develop comprehensively, sustainably, and imbued with identity.
The 50th Anniversary of Hoi An Liberation Ceremony will take place at Hoi An Park at 7:30 p.m. tonight, March 27, with about 2,000 delegates attending.
