Expert Anupama Menon suggests some good drinks for an empty stomach in the morning or during the day to stay healthy and disease-free during the hot season.
1. Chia seed lemonade
Soak 1 teaspoon of chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water the night before. The next morning, squeeze lemon into a glass of chia seed water, fill the glass with water (240 ml) and drink. Chia seeds help smooth bowel movements and a healthy digestive tract.
2. Cucumber juice
Cold pressed cucumber juice, cut 4-5 mint leaves, add a little salt, grate 1 tablespoon raw mango mix and use during the day. Cucumber is a cooling agent, easy to digest and has an exceptionally high water content, which helps the body to stay hydrated. Mangoes are also high in fiber that helps maintain gut health during the summer.
3. Country
The first thing to do to rehydrate the tired body is to drink 2 glasses of water right away, but remember to drink it in sips. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water a day to avoid the risk of dehydration.
4. Yogurt
Eating 1 jar of yogurt first thing in the summer morning will provide the necessary amount of beneficial bacteria in the intestine.
5. Tomato juice
This drink can help reduce skin tan. It also provides vitamins C, A and several important minerals.
