At the meetings, Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee Ho Thi Minh reported to voters on the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly . After 29.5 working days, the session passed 18 laws and 21 resolutions; gave initial opinions on 10 other draft laws; and considered and decided on personnel matters within its authority.
After hearing the report, the majority of voters expressed their joy with the results of the session and highly appreciated the contributions and positive activities of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation in the past period.
Proposals regarding health insurance and policies to support poor households.
Expressing their thoughts and aspirations, voters in Xy commune reflected that currently, residents are covered 100% of their medical expenses by health insurance. However, civil servants and public officials are only covered 80%. They requested that the National Assembly consider providing support to civil servants and public officials working in disadvantaged communes in general, and Xy commune in particular, so that they can receive 100% coverage for medical expenses when participating in health insurance.

Over the years, Xy commune has benefited from national target programs for socio-economic development in ethnic minority areas, including a housing support project for the poor with an investment of 40 million VND per house. In reality, 40 million VND is insufficient for people to buy building materials. We propose that the National Assembly consider increasing the housing support level to 80-100 million VND per house.
Currently, the staff and civil servants of Xy commune receive 30% of the border area allowance. This allowance is lower than in some neighboring localities. We propose that the competent authorities consider increasing Xy commune's allowance to 50%.
Reflecting many pressing local issues.
The headquarters of the People's Committee of Xy commune was built in 2005 and is now severely dilapidated. On August 30, 2022, the People's Council of Huong Hoa district issued a resolution approving the investment plan for the construction of a new office building for Xy commune, with a total investment of over 5.3 billion VND. According to voters, this amount is insufficient for the construction. Therefore, they request that the competent authorities provide additional funding to build the new People's Committee headquarters.
Xy commune is a remote and isolated area, located about 30 km from the center of Huong Hoa district. Whenever someone falls ill, residents have to travel a considerable distance to reach the district's Medical Center. We request that the competent authorities consider rebuilding the Lia Regional Multi-Specialty Clinic.
Voters also requested that the competent authorities consider and implement the regulations of the law correctly, ensuring fairness and reasonableness in the transfer and appointment of kindergarten principals in the area.

Voters in Mo O commune have reported that sand and gravel mining in the Dakrong River is causing riverbank erosion, affecting the agricultural land of local residents. They request that the competent authorities consider investing in the construction of a dike and embankment system along the riverbanks to ensure the safety and security of the people's lives and production.
Route 588A, the section passing through Mo O commune, lacks a drainage system and is frequently flooded during rainy weather, posing a traffic safety hazard to residents. Numerous accidents have occurred on this road. We request that the competent authorities consider investing in upgrading, repairing, and addressing this issue.
Voters have reported an increasing number of drug users, some younger than others; many families allow their children of school age to drive motorcycles and scooters without complying with traffic laws, causing public concern. They request that the competent authorities promptly address and rectify these issues to ensure security and order in the area.
