In the notice sent to customers, Di Bang informed about "the test conclusion from the Department of Drug Administration - Ministry of Health , the products in this batch have an actual sun protection index lower than the one declared on the label (SPF 50)".

She also stated that the product is manufactured by EBC Giang Dien Company Limited - EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company (Giang Dien Industrial Park, Dong Nai).

Di Bang announces the recall of all products of lot 0010125 currently circulating on the market. Exchange for new products that meet standards or refund 100% depending on the needs of customers.

At the same time, temporarily suspend the sale of all products within the production scope of EBC Dong Nai factory to review quality.

"We absolutely do not accept any form of fraud or deviation from standards that affects consumer health and brand reputation.

Therefore, VB GROUP officially announced that it will recall all products still on the market related to this factory. It is ready to sue if there is sufficient legal basis for fraudulent acts in production or false labeling," the announcement stated.

By the morning of May 17, Hanayuki Sunscreen Body and Hanayuki Shampoo products were no longer available on the official website Hanayuki.com.vn.

On the brand's website, there is no information regarding the product recall that has just been handled for violations by the Drug Administration.

Hanayuki products on the website do not have information related to the manufacturing factory, but only general information: Hanayuki products are manufactured on a factory line certified by CGMP-ASEAN/Good Manufacturing Practice for Cosmetics, certified by the Ministry of Health. At the same time, the factory is certified by ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 by the international organization Intertek.

Products priced from several hundred thousand to millions of dong, advertised as "purely natural" and "comprehensive" beauty care, have been recalled, causing confusion among consumers.

Many people are worried because only one batch of products is currently being recalled, but the other products, from other batches that have not been tested, are they really guaranteed in quality?
