Ronaldo's team wants Caicedo

Al Nassr wants to recruit Caicedo in the summer of 2025.

According to The Telegraph , the Saudi Arabian club consider the Ecuadorian midfielder a dream target for the upcoming transfer window. However, Chelsea have no intention of letting Caicedo leave unless they receive an irresistible offer and that figure must exceed the £100 million mark.

Previously, Al Nassr caused a shock when they recruited Jhon Duran from Aston Villa for 64 million pounds, alongside famous stars such as Sadio Mane, Aymeric Laporte and especially Cristiano Ronaldo.

Caicedo joined Chelsea from Brighton nearly two years ago for a whopping £115m. After an unconvincing start, Caicedo has become an indispensable cog in the Blues' midfield, with his form continuing to impress.

Coach Enzo Maresca did not hesitate to praise: "Currently, Caicedo is one of, if not the best defensive midfielder in the world . Not only is he good at his job, he is also a great person, humble, serious and extremely polite".

Returning to Al Nassr, Ronaldo's team is determined to upgrade its squad with the ambition of winning the Saudi Pro League. Two years since CR7 set foot in the Middle East, this team has not been able to touch the noble trophy.

Currently, Al Nassr is in 3rd place, 1 and 8 points behind Al Hilal and Al Ittihad respectively. Ronaldo is still playing well, scoring 23 goals, leading the list of top scorers of the tournament.
