At Chiềng Lương Primary and Secondary School in Phiêng Pằn commune, legal education for students is integrated into weekly flag-raising ceremonies, Youth Union activities, class activities, and extracurricular activities. The content focuses on practical issues relevant to students, such as the Road Traffic Law, drug prevention, child marriage, school violence, and students' responsibilities when participating in cyberspace.
Luong An Khang, a student in class 8A2 at Chieng Luong Primary and Secondary School, shared: "Previously, we mainly learned about the law through books, which made it difficult to remember. Now, participating in awareness campaigns, role-playing scenarios, and group discussions makes it much easier to understand and grasp legal regulations, especially regarding compliance when participating in traffic and using social media."

Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hien, Principal of Chieng Luong Primary and Secondary School, assessed: "The innovative approach to disseminating information has helped students in the school become more proactive in acquiring legal knowledge. They understand the regulations and know how to apply them in practice, proactively reminding their friends to abide by the rules; their self-awareness in studying and daily life has improved."
Meanwhile, at Chu Van An Primary, Secondary, and High School in To Hieu ward, in coordination with the Police, Procuratorate, Court, and Youth Union at all levels, legal education for students has been conducted through various forms, such as question-and-answer sessions, situational problem-solving, legal skits, and mock trials. Mr. Lu Manh Linh, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Provincial People's Procuratorate, stated: "Through the organization of mock trials with the direct participation of members of relevant agencies, the content of the activities is built closely to real-life procedures and situations, creating a visual and lively experience, helping students improve their ability to recognize right and wrong behavior and proactively prevent violations in their daily lives."

Currently, 100% of general education institutions in the province have implemented legal education for students through various forms suitable for each grade level. In 2025 alone, schools organized numerous awareness campaigns, thematic discussions, extracurricular activities, and legal knowledge competitions, attracting 5,385 participants including teachers, staff, and students. The content of the awareness campaigns focused on laws and regulations directly related to students and young people, contributing to preventing legal violations within the school environment.
To ensure the sustainable effectiveness of innovative communication methods, schools should focus on cultivating legal knowledge and experiential learning skills for teachers of Civic Education, homeroom teachers, team leaders, and school youth union secretaries.

Mr. Quang Van Lam, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, said: Identifying legal education for students as a regular and long-term task, the Department will continue to direct schools to innovate the content and form of propaganda in the coming time, focusing on increasing experiential learning and interaction; expanding legal education activities in schools; and strengthening coordination with relevant sectors, agencies, and organizations to enhance practical activities and improve the effectiveness of legal education for students.
Legal education for students is gradually becoming more accessible through practical experiential activities to cultivate a generation of students with legal knowledge, life skills, and a sense of law compliance, contributing to building a safe school environment and a disciplined, civilized society.
