From early morning, a large number of people came to the Ea Nuôl Commune Public Administrative Service Center to handle procedures related to land, civil registration, notarization of documents, and document verification. Inside the reception counter, officials and staff continuously guided and processed documents for the people with a sense of urgency and dedication.
The most noticeable change at the Center is the significant transformation in its service style, characterized by approachability, responsibility, and proactive support. This is also a result of the intensified administrative reform process, coupled with studying and following the ideology, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh .

Each day, the Center receives 50-60 applications. Most residents in the area are familiar with handling administrative procedures online. However, because many people do not have computers or smartphones, and some are still unfamiliar with the technology, the Center's staff are ready to provide direct assistance, guiding them through each step on the National Public Service Portal.
Mr. Tran Le Minh (from Nieng 1 hamlet) said that he came to the Center to notarize his job application documents. What pleased him was that the process was handled quite quickly, without the long waits he had before. Ms. H'Nui Byă (from Ko Dung B hamlet) frequently comes to the commune to notarize documents. According to her, the most noticeable thing is the increasingly friendly and welcoming attitude of the officials, making everyone feel comfortable when carrying out administrative procedures.
Not only has the center become more professional in its service style, but it has also gradually invested in a comprehensive technical infrastructure, creating a transparent and convenient process to better support the people.

Statistics for the first quarter of 2026 show the Center's operational efficiency: The unit received 1,729 applications; resolved and delivered results on time for 1,647 applications; and is currently processing 82 applications. The Center's performance in serving citizens and businesses in handling administrative procedures has consistently been rated as excellent since its establishment.
According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Hieu, Director of the Ea Nuol Commune Public Administrative Service Center, after implementing the two-tiered local government model, the Center's staff have participated in 3-4 online training courses to improve their expertise and skills.
Mr. Hieu emphasized: “We have determined that studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings must be linked to our daily professional duties, especially in terms of responsibility, closeness to the people, listening to them, and serving them better. Each staff member of the Center always strives to innovate their work style and provide dedicated guidance to ensure the most convenient process for citizens when handling administrative procedures. This contributes to building a professional and modern administration, using citizen satisfaction as a measure of service quality.”
