Mr. Nguyen Dinh Thang, Vice President of the Vietnam Digital Communications Association, member of the Council of the National Economics University, said that to successfully transform digitally, businesses first need to "understand themselves": What they are doing, what they want to do, and can start with small, accessible steps such as cashless payments, shifting operations from offline to online. To fully digitize, it is necessary to invest systematically, in which people, thinking, and culture are the decisive factors, not just technology.
From an investment perspective, Shark Louis, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Saigon Asset Management (SAM), who has invested in about 65 Vietnamese enterprises, commented: “Global investors always prioritize enterprises with digital platforms because of their transparency and strong governance. There is always a lot of money in the world in America, Europe, and Asia. And they are always looking for investment opportunities. Vietnam is emerging as an attractive destination.”
The speakers said that the path to sustainable development of Vietnamese enterprises cannot be separated from 3 pillars: Creativity - Connection - Sharing. This is not only the foundation to create a difference in competition, but also a "passport" to help Vietnamese enterprises step out into the world, affirming their bravery and intelligence on the global playing field.
When digitalization becomes an internal strength, creativity becomes a driving force, and connection creates community resilience, Vietnamese businesses can completely turn challenges into opportunities, rising to become an attractive destination for international capital flows in the new era.
Mr. Ngo Quang Xuan Xuan, former Ambassador of Vietnam to the United Nations, Chairman of VCC (Vietnam CEO Council) said: “International integration is no longer a choice, but an inevitable path. If we know how to take advantage, Vietnamese enterprises can completely reach out to the world with their own courage and intelligence.”
Dr. Nguyen Duc Hien, Director of the Vietnam Institute for Research and Application of Practical Technology, shared: “VCEP 2025 is a place for businesses to connect and learn from their predecessors, while inspiring the young generation to start a business, innovate and be sustainable.”
