Closing the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030: Identifying 3 breakthrough tasks

On the afternoon of September 30, after 2 days of urgent and serious work, the 1st Dong Nai Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, closed, completing the entire proposed program.

Dong Nai Provincial Party Secretary Vu Hong Van delivered a closing speech at the Congress.

The Congress voted to approve the contents of the assessment of the implementation results of the resolution for the 2020-2025 period and the goals, tasks and solutions for 2025-2030 stated in the draft Political Report; agreed on 29 main targets, of which the following are noteworthy: The average GRDP growth rate reaches 10%/year or more; striving by 2030, the total product in the area (GRDP at current prices) to reach over 1.2 million billion VND; GRDP per capita to reach over 250 million VND; by 2030, the proportion of digital economy in GRDP to reach over 30%; the average growth rate of state budget revenue in the area is 10%-12%/year; average income per capita to reach 120 million VND/year.

The Congress also identified three breakthrough tasks, including: improving the quality of staff; focusing on mobilizing, allocating and effectively using all resources, developing a diverse, synchronous and modern transport infrastructure system, developing science and technology, innovation and digital transformation, promoting administrative reform; building a professional and modern administration associated with the development of digital government, digital economy and digital society.

In his closing speech, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Dong Nai Province Vu Hong Van affirmed: The success of the congress is the result of inheriting and promoting achievements over many terms; demonstrating the efforts and intelligence of the entire Party Committee and people; at the same time, it is a step to concretize the Party's guidelines in accordance with the practical conditions of the province. The results of the congress reflect the will and aspiration to rise up of the Party Committee and people of Dong Nai in the new era.
