On May 31, activities within the framework of the 21st Shangri-La Dialogue took place at the Shangri-La Hotel in Singapore. This year's Shangri-La Dialogue, which lasts until June 2, attracted about 550 delegates from 40 countries to discuss serious security challenges facing the region and the world. The Vietnamese delegation was led by Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien, Deputy Minister of National Defense , attending the conference.
