According to a quick report from the People's Committee of Tan Minh commune, due to the influence of storm No. 10, at around 10:00 a.m. on September 29, a thunderstorm occurred in the commune, causing the roofs of two houses in Bac Phong and An Thach villages to be completely blown off. The thunderstorm injured two people.
In addition, many houses in 4 villages Nam Phong 1, Nam Phong 2, Bac Phong and An Thach (formerly in Kien Thiet commune) had their roofs partially blown off and 1 livestock farm had its roof blown off.
Tan Minh commune authorities quickly sent forces to the scene to help take the injured to the emergency room, clear up fallen trees and power lines on the roads, and move furniture to overcome the consequences of the storm.
On the afternoon of September 29, Tien Lang Regional Power Company and telecommunications units mobilized forces to participate in overcoming damage, restoring electricity and telecommunications networks to help people stabilize their lives soon.
