Teammates correct Dinh Bac's mistake.

On the evening of February 24th, CAHN exploded in the final 30 minutes to defeat Thanh Hoa 3-1 in a rescheduled match from Round 10 of the V.League 2025/26.

Playing at home, Thanh Hoa started the match with great determination. CAHN controlled the ball more but couldn't create enough pressure. In the 29th minute, the turning point came from a mistake by Dinh Bac. He made an inaccurate pass, creating an opportunity for Damoth Thongkhamsavath. Facing the goalkeeper, the Laotian international unleashed a powerful shot, the ball hitting the underside of the crossbar before flying into the net.

The first half ended with the home team holding the advantage. After the break, CAHN increased their tempo. In the 54th minute, Alan's shot hit Van Loi's hand inside the penalty area. Referee Ngo Duy Lan awarded the visitors a penalty. From the penalty spot, Alan beat Xuan Hoang, leveling the score at 1-1 in the 56th minute.

The goal helped CAHN relieve the pressure. In the 66th minute, Doan Van Hau created a memorable moment by increasing the score to 2-1. Seeing Xuan Hoang advanced, the left-back unleashed a shot from near the halfway line. The ball was so well-placed that the Thanh Hoa goalkeeper had no time to retreat and make the save.

Thanh Hoa tried to retaliate but without success. Ngoc My had a chance to narrow the gap in the 88th minute but slipped at the crucial moment. In the 81st minute, Quang Hai sprinted down the right wing and delivered a perfect cross for Alan to finish from close range, sealing a 3-1 victory for the visitors.

Thanh Hoa played tenaciously in the first half but couldn't hold onto their advantage against the resilient CAHN team. The victory helped the police team solidify their top position with 32 points, 5 points ahead of Binh Binh and with one game in hand.
