TH Dairy Food Joint Stock Company (THMF), a subsidiary of TH Group, is known as Vietnam's leading producer of fresh, clean milk under the national brand TH true Milk.

THMF is the main company operating the "High-Tech Concentrated Dairy Farming and Milk Processing Project". The project, launched in October 2009, has a total investment of US$1.2 billion in Nghe An province.
With a mindset focused on utilizing Vietnam's natural resources, Vietnamese ingenuity, and the world's most advanced cutting-edge technology, the company has applied high technology on a large scale in all stages of its closed-loop process, from green pastures to a glass of clean milk, to overcome obstacles and achieve outstanding economic efficiency.
Currently, the project has a dairy herd of nearly 70,000 cows, accounting for more than one-sixth of the country's total dairy herd. The company's cluster of dairy farms in Nghe An set a record for the world's largest concentrated dairy farm in 2020. THMF is making a significant contribution to expanding the dairy project to many provinces and cities, including: Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Thanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Kon Tum, An Giang, and internationally (the Russian Federation).
To date, the company has created jobs for 1,800 direct employees (out of a total of nearly 5,000 employees in the entire Project) along with tens of thousands of indirect employees.
The company pays taxes in full, undergoes annual audits, and complies with all production and business regulations. The well-being of its employees is well taken care of. The Party and mass organizations consistently achieve high standards of integrity and strength. From 2013 to 2023, the Company's Party Committee was rated as having successfully completed its tasks, with 100% of its Party members meeting or exceeding the required standards.
The company has made significant contributions to establishing production standards and regulations, promoting transparency in the dairy market for consumer rights and public health, revolutionizing the Vietnamese dairy industry, protecting domestic production, limiting imports of powdered milk from abroad, and changing consumer habits. The company has been developing in the direction of "cherishing Mother Nature," becoming a model of green economy, knowledge economy, and circular economy based on sustainable development in Vietnam.

Thanks to the company's involvement, the market share of fresh milk in Vietnam has increased rapidly. In the fresh milk segment, the company has consistently recorded growth, reaching 45% of the urban retail market share in 2023, introducing nearly 200 lines of healthy milk and beverage products to the market, leading the trend of healthy food/beverages domestically and regionally.

With the core value of "For true happiness," over the past 10 years, the company has allocated resources totaling over 100 billion VND (out of nearly 500 billion VND from the entire milk project and TH Group) to contribute to charitable and social welfare programs.
In conjunction with the tasks of the Vietnam Veterans Association, over the past 15 years, TH Company and Group have spent more than 300 billion VND on activities of gratitude and remembrance, most notably supporting the campaign to collect and introduce "Relics of the Resistance War"; building hundreds of houses of gratitude for policy beneficiary families, people with meritorious services to the revolution, and veteran families in difficult circumstances in Nghe An and some other provinces and cities; giving gifts and showing gratitude to policy beneficiary families/children, people with meritorious services to the Vietnamese revolution, former youth volunteer members, and caring for Vietnamese Heroic Mothers (including 10 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers currently being cared for in Nghe An alone); and supporting the activities of the Association of Victims of Agent Orange.
Integrating veteran farming households into a closed-loop, high-tech production chain creates livelihoods, develops the economy, increases income, helps veteran farming households become wealthy from their homeland, and promotes sustainable development.
Every year, during holidays, Tet (Lunar New Year), and the anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day, the houses of gratitude and gifts from TH Company and Group demonstrate their appreciation for the heroic martyrs, war invalids, sick soldiers, and families who have contributed to the revolution in many localities across the country, contributing to the effective implementation of the "Paying gratitude" movement and further beautifying the nation's fine tradition of "Remembering the source when drinking water".

Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, TH Company and Group, through the Fund for Vietnamese Stature, have carried out many outstanding activities.
Typical examples include supporting activities against the Covid-19 pandemic with a total value of 108 billion VND; providing scholarships for talent support programs, "Lighting Up Dreams," "Lighting Up Knowledge in Highland Areas," and "Internet and Computers for Children"; building schools and public works; donating gifts and products made from fresh, clean milk, and providing nutrition for orphaned, disabled, and children in remote areas.
Alongside this are activities with many widespread impact, such as: accompanying the Red Sunday - Voluntary Blood Donation Program for 10 consecutive years; supporting disaster relief activities; donating gifts to poor families nationwide in the programs "Making Green Sticky Rice Cakes with the Poor for Tet"; "Tet for the Poor"; "Joining Hands for the Poor"; "The Power of Humanity", "Tet for the Poor and Victims of Agent Orange", "Humanitarian Month"...; supporting programs to build charitable houses nationwide with a budget of hundreds of billions of VND; contributing to the state budget and ensuring social security.
