In her opening remarks at the conference, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang, Provincial Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Dong Nai province, stated that Dong Nai's land database has been under construction since 2000 and has achieved certain results. Following the 90-day campaign of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, the province continues to promote the cleaning and completion of the land database. Despite the tight deadline and large workload, with a high sense of responsibility and the motto "clear responsibilities, clear tasks, clear accountability, clear timelines," Dong Nai has achieved many outstanding and noteworthy results.

Specifically, the province has reviewed the entire operational land database with a total of over 2.7 million land parcels, of which nearly 1.9 million have been issued land certificates. Of these, nearly 1.8 million land parcels with issued certificates have had their data reviewed and completed according to the criteria of "accurate - complete - clean - active," achieving nearly 95% completion and being synchronized with the national land database (VNLIS). Dong Nai has also created identification codes for 100% of the land parcels in the province's land database; collected and added more than 26,000 land parcels with issued certificates but not yet in the database… With these results, Dong Nai is the leading locality nationwide in the number of land parcels cleaned and synchronized with the national land database.

Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Thi Hoang requested the continued completion of the remaining contents of the 90-day campaign, expanding its implementation to all land parcels in the database; maintaining regular updates when land changes occur, ensuring that data is synchronized with the central government in real time.

Utilizing land databases to support administrative reform, state management of land, and related fields such as residency and construction, we consider this a crucial foundational data source for decision-making and strategic policy planning.

In addition, continue to review and evaluate the technology infrastructure and shared software; propose software and hardware upgrades to ensure the system operates smoothly and continuously. Departments and agencies need to develop plans for training, skill development, and awareness enhancement for staff directly involved in building, managing, and exploiting data.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Provincial People's Committee awarded commendations to 60 collectives and individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing the 90-day campaign to enrich and clean up the land database.
