The housing project for families of armed forces personnel in My Thuong ward has approximately 377 apartments, accommodating a population of about 1,358 people, built on an area of about 6.87 hectares.
The land is currently agricultural land that has not yet been cleared, and is included in the 1/2,000 scale zoning plan for Zone D - An Van Duong New Urban Area, Hue City; the maximum building density is 60% and the maximum building height is 5 floors.
The project's design solutions ensure compliance with the specific characteristics of the Army as stipulated in Circular 94/2024/TT-BQP dated November 11, 2024, of the Minister of National Defense and Telegram No. 27/CĐ-TTg dated March 31, 2026, of the Prime Minister on promoting the development of electric vehicle charging station infrastructure in apartment complexes; and the directive of the Minister of National Defense in Document No. 2961/VP-TH dated March 30, 2026, on the design, construction, and management of housing for military families.
After the investment policy is approved and the investor is assigned, the investor is responsible for preparing, submitting for appraisal, and approving the 1/500 detailed planning; accordingly, the detailed scale of the items will be determined in the approved 1/500 detailed planning.
The total investment capital for the housing project for families of armed forces personnel in My Thuong ward is approximately 600 billion VND. The investor needs to provide a minimum of 20% (equivalent to about 120 billion VND), with the remaining amount to be raised by the investor from other legal sources.
The project implementation period is 60 months, and the operating period is 50 years from the date the competent authority decides to allocate land, lease land, or permit the change of land use purpose.
The project is entitled to incentives and support for social housing construction investment projects as stipulated by the law on housing and current regulations.
