Last weekend, Ms. Tran Phuong Thao, Cau Giay Ward (Hanoi) had the opportunity to visit Hai Phong with her friends. Excited about the new tourism product, which is also the first tourism product of the Port City to apply modern digital technology - the night tour "Sacred Marks of Hang Kenh", she invited her friends to experience it.
As “rumored”, the 3D mapping show “Bach Dang Waves, Ngo Quyen’s Heroic Spirit” is a surprise gift for visitors. Amidst the flow of modern life, the digital art program has revived cultural and historical values in an ancient relic space.
The show tells the story of the life and glorious achievements of King Ngo Vuong. The 3D mapping film recreates and guides viewers through 5 segments: From the image of Duong Lam Ancient Village - Ngo Quyen's hometown, to the scene of military training, tide research, stake arrangement, and the grand scene of the historic Bach Dang naval battle in 938. "The effects of light, sound, and moving images on the ancient communal house background create a lively, realistic, and emotional space," said Ms. Thao.

Experiencing the night tour "Sacred Marks of Hang Kenh", visitors are immersed in a unique cultural space. In particular, there is a combination of folk performing arts, traditional rituals and modern technology, experiential activities such as: water puppetry performance on the crescent lake; singing performance at the communal house gate; incense offering and literature offering rituals...

During the tour, visitors can also experience exchange activities, traditional art performances, Hai Phong cuisine , hand-writing calligraphy, printing folk paintings, shopping for handicrafts, etc.
The “Sacred Marks of Hang Kenh” night tour was launched by the Hai Phong Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the evening of June 28. Since then, the night tour has attracted a large number of visitors from near and far.
Not only is it the first product to apply modern digital technology, the “Hang Kenh Sacred Mark” tour is also the first night tourism product of Hai Phong City. The product opens the way to exploit the vivid historical and cultural values inherent in the relics and destinations of Hai Phong at night, bringing high efficiency to the chain of night economic activities in accordance with the direction of the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee on developing the existing and potential economic model of the Port City.

After the merger, many new specialties appeared on Hai Phong's culinary map, enriching the choices of tourists when they set foot on this land.
Previously, Hai Phong food tour created a stir in the online community and among young people with dishes such as: crab rice noodles, crab spring rolls, snail dishes, seafood, spicy fish noodles, pate bread, coconut jelly... Now, Hai Phong specialties also include: crab dishes, lychee, green bean cake, gai cake... typical of the Western region.
Last lychee season, experiencing the Dong Man tour, Thanh Ha commune (Hai Phong), Ms. Nguyen Hong Minh in An Thi commune (Hung Yen) had the opportunity to stop by Tuan Ruoi restaurant, Truong Han Sieu street, Hai Duong ward to enjoy the specialty ruoi dishes. She said that her family really likes to eat ruoi. However, enjoying ruoi dishes right in the land where it was born, she still finds it more delicious and interesting. "I like the dish of braised ruoi with sticky rice the most. From the preparation to the flavors, the ingredients are more complete and standard than what my family usually makes," she said. For her, this is the best meal with ruoi that she has ever enjoyed.

Not only rươi, other new specialties have been added to the list of delicious dishes in Hai Phong such as green bean cake, gai cake, lychee... and are present everywhere: trade promotion fairs, stops on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway, supermarkets, luxury restaurants... leaving a special impression in the hearts of tourists.

On December 26, 2016, the Standing Committee of the Hai Phong City Party Committee issued Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU on promoting tourism development in Hai Phong City for the period 2016 - 2020, with a vision to 2030, with the goal of turning tourism into a spearhead economic sector. This Resolution was issued before Resolution No. 08-NQ/TW dated January 16, 2017 of the Politburo, affirming the determination of Hai Phong City's strong development goal for the tourism economy. Resolution No. 09-NQ/DH of the Hai Phong City Party Congress for the 2020 - 2025 term identified tourism - trade as one of the three economic pillars of the city, associated with the goal of Hai Phong becoming a major tourist center of the country...
