Bringing vaccines in, providing health advice to the military and civilians on Con Dao Island.

On May 16, 2026, all officers, soldiers, and residents of Con Dao Island received free flu vaccinations for the first time and participated in a health consultation program organized by the VNVC Vaccination System.

This activity is part of the event where VNVC and the People's Committee of Con Dao Special Administrative Region signed a cooperation agreement, sponsoring a 10 billion VND support package to enhance preventive healthcare capacity and increase access to high-quality vaccines in Con Dao. The support package includes free influenza vaccinations for three consecutive years, funding for the construction of the first GSP-standard cold storage facility for vaccines in Con Dao, and ensuring priority supply of new and next-generation vaccines to meet the disease prevention needs of the people. Within the framework of the event, VNVC also organized an online consultation program titled "Online Consultation: Healthcare for the Military and Civilians of Con Dao," with Dr. Hoa Tuan Ngoc, Medical Manager of the VNVC Vaccination System, answering questions.
