Elder Venerable Thich Tri Quang said: "I urge monks, nuns, and Buddhists of all precepts to do their best to do good deeds, to actively contribute to the construction of the country, to create peace by themselves to form a lotus altar to worship. to the Buddha during this year's Buddha's birthday."
Also in the Buddha's birthday message, His Holiness said that this year, Vietnamese Buddhists also respectfully celebrate the 60th anniversary of Bodhisattva Thich Quang Duc's cremation (1963-2023). .
