Branch

Currently, Hong Ha Stationery has its headquarters in Hanoi, two branches in Central and Southern Vietnam, five showrooms, and one affiliated store in Hanoi’s inner districts. It also has nearly 100 distributors and more than 20,000 retail points nationwide. With the desire to bring convenient and high-quality products directly to consumers, Hong Ha continuously expands its distribution network across the country and aims toward international markets.

Technology

With the goal of producing high-quality products that best meet usage needs while protecting consumers' health, Hong Ha Stationery always places special emphasis on applying world-leading advanced technologies in its production and business activities. Notable examples include: Interlocking stapled notebook production line: A fully automated notebook manufacturing process from paper roll feeding to finished products, ensuring stable quality and high productivity. Automatic spine gluing line: Uses water-based adhesive technology to bind notebook spines, meeting standards of quality, aesthetics, and environmental friendliness. Automatic photocopy paper production line: One of the most modern technologies in Vietnam, featuring fully automated production and packaging, with strict quality control from paper roll processing to final packaging.

Factory

With a scale of 60,000 square meters located at 672 Ngo Gia Tu, Long Bien, Hanoi, Hong Ha’s production facility includes two workshops for notebooks and stationery. These are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery imported from advanced countries and operated under ISO 9001:2015 standards. All Hong Ha branded products must undergo strict quality control processes to ensure the best quality for consumers. In addition to modern and well-structured factories, Hong Ha also maintains spacious warehouses for raw materials and goods, arranged scientifically to support efficient storage and distribution.

Recognizing that people are a key factor in success, Hong Ha Stationery always focuses on investing in a high-quality and dedicated workforce, along with appropriate welfare policies and a professional, friendly working environment. The company regularly improves staff quality through specialized training programs and collaborates with training centers and universities to recruit new talent. Currently, Hong Ha has more than 500 employees with strong professional qualifications and skills. The entire workforce is passionate about their work and highly responsible, sharing the common goal of continuously developing Hong Ha.
