20 years of leadership
This is a noble award organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association to honor young entrepreneurs with outstanding achievements in production, business and business management, who are typical examples contributing to arousing the entrepreneurial spirit in the young generation. He has grown through many important management positions, from Head of Retail Services, Head of Marketing, Deputy General Director of Production to the current position of General Director of the Company.

Achieving the “Key Industrial Product” certification this year is the clearest proof of the effectiveness of the technology investment and innovation strategy that the company's Board of Directors is pursuing, affirming the strong competitiveness of Hong Ha products in the market.
