The conference reviewed, studied, discussed and commented on 20 draft projects of the Provincial Party Executive Committee for the 2025 - 2030 term, including 4 projects on Party building work, including: Project to improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mobilization work in Thai Nguyen province; Project to strengthen the Party's leadership in the work of preventing and combating corruption, waste and negativity; Project to consolidate and build grassroots party organizations, improve the leadership capacity of Party committees at all levels; build a team of cadres and party members to meet the requirements of the task; Project to improve the effectiveness of regular supervision work to meet the requirements of the task in the new situation; 01 project of the Provincial People's Council on Innovation and improvement of the capacity, effectiveness and efficiency of the People's Councils at 02 levels of Thai Nguyen province; 01 project submitted by the Party Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on Promoting the strength of great national unity, improving the quality of supervision, social criticism, and participating in Party building; 01 Project submitted by the Provincial Military Party Committee on Building a militia and self-defense force in Thai Nguyen province; 01 Project submitted by the Provincial Police Party Committee on Strengthening the effectiveness of drug prevention and control work in Thai Nguyen province in the period of 2026 - 2030; 12 Projects submitted by the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee with contents covering all areas of socio-economic development of the province, emphasizing the requirement to exploit the potential and strengths of the province to accelerate development throughout the term.

In his speech, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: The issuance of 20 projects has strategic significance, orienting key tasks and breakthrough solutions to realize the goals and targets of the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress; at the same time creating a solid foundation for rapid and sustainable development in the coming period.

Over the past time, the standing agencies have seriously and scientifically implemented the projects, with the participation and comments of local Party committees, authorities and specialized agencies. The draft projects have been consulted with the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee for guidance and completion. The Provincial Party Secretary requested that the discussion must be frank, responsible, comprehensive, based on specific data, closely following the Resolution's objectives and the current institutional system; especially, it is necessary to clearly identify the resources for implementation, of which the most important are financial and human resources.

The conference divided into groups to discuss and contribute ideas to the content of the Projects.

The Provincial Party Secretary noted that in the new development context after the merger, the issuance of 20 projects is of special importance to comprehensively lead and direct the tasks of socio -economic development and ensuring national defense and security in the coming term. The time from now until the end of the year is very short, the workload is large, so the heads of Party committees and authorities need to uphold the sense of responsibility, promote collective intelligence with new thinking and vision to complete the tasks. Immediately after the projects are issued, the Provincial Party Committee will establish a Steering Committee headed by the Provincial Party Secretary, assign standing agencies and comrades in the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to monitor and urge. The implementation of the project objectives will be reviewed monthly, summarized quarterly, and summarized annually, in conjunction with the work of inspection, supervision and assessment of the quality of management and the quality of cadres.

At the Conference, responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to support the people of the Central and Central Highlands provinces to overcome the consequences of storm No. 13, based on the proposal of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee directed to support the people of the Central and Central Highlands provinces with 9 billion VND, the cost from the provincial relief fund managed by the Provincial Relief Mobilization Committee and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee. This support resource will be directly visited and handed over to the provinces by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee during the working trip in the next working week.

* On the same day, Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Committee carried out the procedure to elect members of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission; perfecting the position of Deputy Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, term I, 2025 - 2030.

The conference carried out the process of electing comrade Tran Van Hau, member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Chief Inspector of the province (personnel introduced by the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Central Inspection Committee) to join the Provincial Party Inspection Committee. As a result, 100% of the delegates attending the conference unanimously elected comrade Tran Van Hau to hold the position of member of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee. Next, at the 3rd meeting of the Provincial Party Inspection Committee, the delegates elected comrade Tran Van Hau to hold the position of Deputy Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Party Inspection Committee, term I, 2025 - 2030.
