The “Fortinet Security Fabric Range Challenge” is a cybersecurity competition with the aim of “learning through play, playing through learning,” giving Vietnamese cybersecurity professionals the opportunity to experience many interesting and engaging simulated cyberattack scenarios.
In just four hours, the Fortinet Security Fabric Range Challenge delivered incredibly valuable interactive experiences and insights for IT and security managers from over 20 major IT companies, network operators, banks, and financial institutions in Vietnam.
The Fortinet Security Fabric Range Challenge is a training concept that goes beyond traditional methods. In it, participants engage in a simulated cybersecurity competition where they must solve a range of real-world cybersecurity problems and scenarios that organizations frequently encounter.
By effectively utilizing Fortinet solutions in realistic simulations, players have the opportunity to detect and effectively prevent potential threats.
In addition, Fortinet's expert mentors supplemented the knowledge and experience of IT staff with practical and timely guidance, making the competition a place for networking, learning, and accumulating useful experience for their work.
The competition involved 30 teams, each consisting of two people responsible for IT management and network security for businesses. Players were judged on scenarios provided by the organizers to determine the best approaches to address attack threats, using advanced solutions and tools such as FortiGate, FortiWeb, and FortiTester...
The competition offers participants the opportunity to experience group interaction; utilize powerful support tools; enjoy realistic simulations; and learn through hands-on practice.
