On the afternoon of December 7, at Hoan Kiem Lake walking street, "Hundred Flowers of Joy" is a special cultural activity within the framework of Vietnam Happy Fest 2025.

Weddings in the 90s are a very special sky of memories, located in the transition period between the difficult subsidy period and the open door period.

Brides of this era often wore elbow-length white chiffon gloves. Their makeup was distinctive: their faces were powdered white, their lips were painted bright red, their eyes were blue or purple, and their eyebrows were thin willow leaves. Their heads were often adorned with plastic crowns or large chiffon flowers.

The images bring back memories of a time period. Wedding backdrops at this time were usually made of velvet or blue/red fabric, with foam letters hand-cut and pasted by the skillful young men in the neighborhood. The letters were usually: "Wedding Ceremony", "Hundred Years of Happiness" with a pair of doves.
