In which, VIC plays the role of supporting the market. With the strong growth of VIC, Vingroup's market capitalization has increased by 76,290 billion VND, reaching nearly 1.2 million billion VND. VIC firmly holds the position of the stock with the largest market capitalization on the Vietnamese stock exchange.
VIC shares are sought after by investors as Vingroup is preparing to launch a series of huge projects. On December 19, the Olympic super project in the South of Hanoi will start construction. In Ha Tinh, Vingroup also registered to hold the launching ceremony of 4 projects at Vinhomes Vung Ang Industrial Park.
Along with that, the assets of Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong, Chairman of Vingroup's Board of Directors, have also improved significantly. According to Forbes statistics, today, billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong "pocketed" an additional 1.6 billion USD.
