TasteAtlas – a renowned international food platform known for its ranking system based on expert and diner reviews worldwide – has just announced its list of the 100 best dishes in the world for 2025. The only representative from Vietnam in this ranking is beef pho, placing at position 93, affirming the strong influence of Vietnamese cuisine on the global culinary map.

Some notable dishes include: beef pho, Quang noodles, grilled pork vermicelli, grilled pork vermicelli, tofu vermicelli, tofu and shrimp paste vermicelli, cao lau, crab rice noodles, Phnom Penh noodle soup, and banh canh. This is one of the culinary groups where Vietnam has the most widespread presence on the world map.
