Beef noodle soup, Hue is 'named'
In the description, Taste Atlas introduces beef pho as follows: "Beef pho is the most typical and favorite version of pho, simmered from many parts of beef such as shank, thigh, tail and neck, creating a clear and rich broth.
A bowl of pho is even more varied with a series of familiar toppings: soft brisket, fatty brisket, crispy tendons, chewy tripe, sweet rare meat, or fragrant well-done beef... Beef balls are sometimes also used, but are not a popular choice in Vietnam.

A hot bowl of pho is served with soft rice noodles, topped with green onions, onions, and cilantro. Taste Atlas says beef pho is often served with bean sprouts, lime, and chili so that each person can season it to their taste. Hoisin sauce and chili sauce are also common condiments.
The 3 famous pho restaurants in Vietnam that Taste Atlas recommends are Pho Thin (Hanoi), Bat Dan Traditional Pho (Hanoi) and Pho Tu Lun Au Trieu (Hanoi).
Taste Atlas food critics praise Bat Dan Traditional Pho as "the best bowl of pho I've ever had in Vietnam, the broth has just the right amount of sweetness, and the beef slices are tender and delicious."
Pho Thin, on the other hand, offers a "classic Hanoi experience, almost unchanged for decades".
Besides pho, Vietnam was also honored at 16th place in the list of the world's top 100 cuisines with 4.4 stars with typical dishes such as pho, banh mi, banh xeo, spring rolls, beef stew...
