FPT partners with Intel to promote AI-powered self-operating factory models.

FPT and Intel will apply AI-powered operational optimization technologies and digital platforms in the manufacturing sector to enhance production capacity, remove bottlenecks, and accelerate the transition to a self-operating factory model.

FPT has just established a strategic partnership with Intel – a global pioneer in semiconductor and AI technology – to apply AI to develop comprehensive solutions for optimizing factory operations.

In the context of increasingly complex manufacturing operations and growing data volumes, many businesses are struggling to predict disruptions, optimize production processes, and effectively leverage real-time data. Therefore, FPT and Intel are collaborating to implement a "closed-loop intelligence for factories" model.

Accordingly, leveraging AI, simulation technology, and digital platforms in the manufacturing sector to address bottlenecks, shorten decision-making times, and enhance resilience after disruptions, both parties aim to accelerate the transition of factories to AI-powered autonomous models.

 

FPT and Intel are promoting technological cooperation to improve business operational efficiency.

This collaboration will leverage Intel's strengths in high-speed simulation and digital twin technologies, combined with FPT's experience in developing data platforms and implementing system integration projects. The Intel® Automated Factory Solutions (AFS) suite, including Intel® Factory Pathfinder and Intel® Factory Recon, provides businesses with a comprehensive, end-to-end view of their entire factory operations.

Meanwhile, digital manufacturing platforms such as FleziOps (MOM+), FleziQMS (Quality Management Suite), FleziUDP (Unified Data Platform), and MES (Manufacturing Execution System) will help synchronize data and ensure unified, seamless operations across the entire system.

These solutions are expected to help businesses execute thousands of AI-based simulation scenarios to identify optimal production plans, detect and address bottlenecks before they impact production. Additionally, these solutions support the optimization of schedules and material flows in complex production lines, while visualizing and analyzing entire factory operations through real-time digital mirror models.
