Accordingly, the total number of graves needing relocation is nearly 11,000, including nearly 900 in Soc Son district; 370 in Me Linh district; nearly 1,700 in Dan Phuong district; 3,370 in Hoai Duc district; over 2,200 in Ha Dong district; over 500 in Thanh Oai district; and nearly 1,900 in Thuong Tin district.

To date, Hanoi has relocated nearly 6,000 graves, reaching almost 55% of the target.
The Ring Road 4 project in the Capital Region is expected to commence construction at the end of June 2023 at four locations.
Location 1: At the intersection of Ring Road 4 and National Highway 2, at kilometer marker 1+444, in Thanh Xuan commune, Soc Son district (package number 08/TP2-XL).
Location 2: At the intersection of Ring Road 4 and Phuong Bang Road, at kilometer marker 28, in Song Phuong commune, Hoai Duc district (package number 09/TP2-XL).
Location 3: At the southern intersection, kilometer marker 45+700, in Tam Hung commune, Thanh Oai district (package 10/TP2-XL).

In addition to the achievements already made, the Hanoi City Transport Construction Investment Project Management Board assesses that due to the scale and complexity of the project, involving many localities and ministries, the progress of component project 3 (investment in expressway construction under the public-private partnership method) has not met the initial schedule.
The unit also recommended that the Hanoi People's Committee hold a meeting with relevant ministries to consult and receive guidance on resolving existing problems and difficulties in managing and using the state budget funds implemented according to the plan of separating it into sub-projects within component project 3 as stipulated .
