Meet the American Destroyer

Phu Binh district leaders presented meaningful gifts to show gratitude for the contributions of the comrades who were awarded the title of American Destroyer.

In Phu Binh district, there are currently 17 veterans who have been awarded the title of American Fighter by the State. At the conference, representatives of the district leaders expressed their deep gratitude for the great contributions of the comrades in the cause of national liberation. The district leaders also emphasized the important role of veterans in educating revolutionary traditions, promoting solidarity, and building cultural life in residential areas. On this occasion, the district presented meaningful gifts to express gratitude for the contributions of the comrades who were awarded the title of American Fighter.

Phu Binh district leaders awarded scholarships from Senior Lieutenant General Pham Thanh Ngan to poor students who have overcome difficulties.

Also at the meeting, the leaders of Phu Binh district awarded scholarships from Senior Lieutenant General Pham Thanh Ngan, Hero of the People's Armed Forces, former member of the Politburo, former Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army to 40 poor students who have overcome difficulties (each scholarship is worth 1.2 million VND).
