The "Spring Comes to My Village" program not only provides practical material support but is also a highly humane activity, demonstrating the responsibility, concern, and companionship of generations of Thai Nguyen officials towards social welfare work and caring for poor and vulnerable children during the Tet holiday and the arrival of spring.
