World pepper prices on January 3, 2026: Market remains stable.
According to the International Pepper Association (IPC) on the morning of January 3, 2026, the world pepper price update shows no new fluctuations in today's export prices. Prices in all markets remained stable compared to yesterday's trading session.

Specifically, the price of Lampung black pepper from Indonesia remained unchanged compared to the previous day, currently trading at $6,763 per ton.
Similarly, the price of Indonesian Muntok white pepper also remained unchanged compared to yesterday, currently at $9,205 per ton.
Meanwhile, Brazilian pepper prices remained unchanged compared to yesterday's trading session. Currently, Brazilian pepper is trading at $6,000 per ton.
Vietnamese white pepper prices remained unchanged today, staying high at $9,250 per ton.
Vietnamese black pepper prices (500 gr/l) remained unchanged compared to yesterday, at $6,500 per ton. Vietnamese black pepper (550 gr/l) reached $6,700 per ton.
In Malaysia, the price of ASTA black pepper is currently stable at US$9,000/ton. The price of ASTA white pepper in this market today reached US$12,300/ton, unchanged from yesterday.
Domestic pepper prices today, January 3rd: Remaining stable.
Meanwhile, domestic pepper prices today (January 3rd) also remained unchanged, with the market quiet due to the holiday period. Currently, domestic pepper prices fluctuate between 149,500 and 151,000 VND/kg.

Specifically, in Lam Dong and Ho Chi Minh City, the price of pepper this morning was trading at 151,000 VND/kg.
In Gia Lai today, pepper is trading at 150,000 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday.
Similarly, in Dak Lak, traders are buying pepper this morning at 151,500 VND/kg, unchanged from yesterday.
Today, pepper in Dong Nai is trading at 149,500 VND/kg, the lowest price nationwide, unchanged from the previous day.
