Representatives of the Hiroshima-Vietnam Peace and Friendship Association expressed their profound respect for President Ho Chi Minh , affirming that he was not only the leader who guided the Vietnamese people to independence and national liberation, but also a symbol of peace, friendship, and unwavering determination in the nation-building process.

To commemorate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth, the Canada-Vietnam Council for Culture and Education, in collaboration with the Canada-Vietnam Association, is organizing an international seminar in a hybrid format (in-person and online).

Scholars attending the conference argued that Ho Chi Minh's ideology remains relevant and serves as an important frame of reference in today's complex international environment.
