From 3 PM on November 7th, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ministry of Finance announced an upward adjustment in fuel prices. Accordingly, the price of RON95-III gasoline increased by 351 VND, reaching 20,854 VND/liter; the price of 0.05S diesel was adjusted up by 769 VND, to 18,917 VND/liter.

Accordingly, the new price for E5 gasoline is 19,744 VND/liter, an increase of 336 VND/liter. Similarly, RON 95-III gasoline increased by 351 VND, reaching 20,854 VND/liter.
The price of 0.05S diesel fuel was adjusted upwards by 769 VND, to 18,917 VND/liter. Kerosene is priced at 19,294 VND/liter, an increase of 461 VND/liter compared to the current base price; 180CST 3.5S fuel oil is not higher than 16,394 VND/kg, a decrease of 67 VND/kg.
The inter-ministerial committee decided not to allocate funds or use the Fuel Price Stabilization Fund for E5 RON 92 gasoline, RON 95 gasoline, diesel fuel, kerosene, and fuel oil during this price adjustment period.
During the period from October 31st to November 6th, the global oil market was strongly impacted by factors such as conflicts in the Middle East, the OPEC+ decision to postpone oil production increases, and the prolonged conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
These factors have caused world oil prices to fluctuate, with upward and downward trends depending on the specific product.
Specifically, the average price of refined products between the two price adjustment periods (October 31 and November 7) shows an increase in the prices of many types of fuel: RON 92 gasoline reached 79.970 USD/barrel, an increase of 2.064 USD/barrel, equivalent to 2.65%; RON 95 gasoline reached 85.500 USD/barrel, an increase of 1.852 USD/barrel, equivalent to 2.21%; kerosene reached 90.910 USD/barrel, an increase of 2.664 USD/barrel, equivalent to 3.02%...
