The ROG Masters APAC 2022 tournament has officially begun.

Asus Republic of Gamers (ROG) has officially announced the start date for its leading regional esports tournament, ROG Masters APAC 2022.

Accordingly, the tournament boasts a total prize pool of $40,000 (1 billion VND), with the participation of the best Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Siege teams, all vying for a spot in the finals in Bangkok, Thailand.

Gamers from Southeast Asia, South Asia, Japan, and South Korea can register to compete for qualifying spots starting August 15th, with the online tournament beginning September 17th. After qualifying, teams will advance to the regional finals and then the grand final at Game Show Thailand on October 21st. The regional finals and the grand final will be streamed live in multiple languages, including Vietnamese.

Launched in the Asia Pacific region in 2016, ROG Masters APAC is the ultimate esports tournament for gamers across the region, focusing on discovering and nurturing local talent while supporting future international career development. This year, for the first time, ROG Masters APAC 2022 has chosen the fast-paced action-strategy game Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege as its official competitive game.

Interested gamers can register on the tournament's official website at www.rogmastersapac.gg . Registration for ROG Masters APAC 2022 will begin on August 15th and end on September 15th. Regional qualifiers will take place online from September 17th to 18th, and qualifying teams will compete in the Regional Finals on September 24th.

The final match will be broadcast live at Game Show Thailand in Bangkok from October 21st to 23rd.
