The Pickleball tournament is exclusively for riot police officers.

To commemorate the 51st anniversary of the Mobile Police Force's traditional day (April 15, 1974 - April 15, 2025) and in anticipation of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025), the opening ceremony of the 2025 Pickleball tournament for all officers and soldiers of the Mobile Police Command took place on April 11 in Hanoi.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Command of the Mobile Police Force, the Political Affairs Department, along with a large number of athletes and officers from the Mobile Police Force Command.

The organizing committee presented flowers and commemorative flags to representatives of the participating teams and the referees.

Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Commander of the Mobile Police Force, said that Pickleball is a new sport , easy to play and access, yet full of tactical elements. The organization of the tournament affirms the leadership's interest in developing cultural, physical education, and sports activities, contributing to diversifying sports, creating a playground for health training, building collective cohesion within the unit, and contributing to the more successful completion of assigned tasks.

The 2025 Pickleball Tournament of the Mobile Police Command will attract participation not only from officers and soldiers but also many commanders within the unit, competing in 6 events, promising exciting and captivating matches. Furthermore, the tournament will identify outstanding talents in the sport of Pickleball, thereby creating a pool of athletes ready to participate in future tournaments of the People's Public Security Force.

Pickleball is a relatively new sport in Vietnam, but it's rapidly developing and attracting many players due to its accessibility. This sport combines the playing styles of several sports such as tennis, table tennis, and badminton, with a simple gameplay suitable for a wide range of people.

As an accessible sport for beginners, pickleball quickly spread in Vietnam shortly after its introduction, becoming a popular choice for many sports enthusiasts.

The matches were all of high professional quality and exciting.

The teams competed fiercely, neck and neck, point by point, determined to win.

The tournament featured impressive shots, interspersed with moments of regret and overwhelming joy at the victory. These are the exhilarating emotions unique to sports competition, all present at this event.
