The Pho Museum, a culinary museum, is located at 211 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Founder Tran Van Bac stated that this destination will recount the more than 100-year journey of Vietnamese pho, from street vendors to global dining tables, using unique methods such as film screenings, art exhibitions, installations, and other engaging experiences.

The highlight of the museum is its space showcasing hundreds of artifacts, documents, and images related to the pho culture of the three regions of Vietnam. Along with physical exhibits, the museum also promotes the application of new technologies, adding many types of displays and interactive features to help visitors better understand the ingredients, processing methods, and the handcrafted value behind each bowl of pho. The culinary experience is placed at the end of the tour, as a way to conclude the story with each visitor's personal experience. The museum's Pho Restaurant serves 24/7 so everyone can visit and enjoy this dish steeped in Vietnamese culture.

With a capacity to accommodate approximately 1,500-2,000 visitors per day, the "100-Year Journey of Vietnamese Pho" tour at the museum offers a comprehensive and sophisticated culinary experience with three main activities: Exploring History, Multi-Sensory Cuisine, and Mystery Gifts. Here, visitors can enjoy emotionally charged films telling the story of the formation and development of this unique dish created by the Vietnamese people, clearly positioned on the world culinary map. After watching the film, visitors are guided through the exhibition of precious artifacts, and learn interesting things through interactive digital games. Savoring the taste of traditional pho in a multi-sensory setting is another unique feature that intrigues visitors to this museum. At the end of the exploration, visitors return with a special gift from the museum's Merchandise Shop, featuring specialties from across the country, marking a visit filled with surprises and memorable experiences.
