Google just borrowed the idea of ​​a new accessory that Apple introduced for the iPhone 17 to attract the attention of the technology community.

The highlight of these is the "cross-strap" accessory that allows users to wear the phone around their neck like a fanny pack. It is a simple accessory designed to keep the phone secure. The product consists of a polyester rope and a D-shaped pad to protect the phone from falling. Unlike Apple's crossbody strap, Google's version is more compact and can be worn on the wrist.

But there is one difference with Google's strap: the price. While Apple's crossbody strap feels premium with its recycled materials, magnetic clasp, and retail price of nearly 1.7 million VND, Google only asks users to pay about 7 USD (about 185,000 VND).

Google's product comes in three colors: Black/Gray, Blue/Purple, and Green/ Yellow, and is designed to work with most phones with cases, not just Pixel phones. The Rope Wristlet isn't available for purchase yet, but you can sign up to be notified when it's available.

Both Apple and Google recognize that consumers are looking for ways to keep their phones safe.
