According to observations by a reporter from Lao Dong newspaper on September 16th, deposit interest rates at Agribank are currently listed around 1.7% - 4.8%, depending on the term. The interest rate for a 24-month term is the highest, reaching 4.8%.

Slightly lower, the interest rate for 12-month, 13-month, 15-month, and 18-month savings deposits is 4.7%. Next are the 6-month, 7-month, 8-month, 9-month, 10-month, and 11-month terms, at Agribank's interest rate of 3.0%.

Interest rates for 4-month and 5-month terms are lower, at around 2%. For 1-month and 2-month terms, Agribank's interest rate is 1.7%. For demand deposits (without a fixed term), Agribank's current interest rate is 0.2%.

BVBank and Cake by VPBank also apply an interest rate of 6% for 24-month and 12-month terms; VRB and Dong A Bank apply an interest rate of 6% for a 24-month term; SaigonBank applies an interest rate of 6% for 13, 18, and 24-month terms, and 6.1% for a 36-month term.
