Graduated from the University of Education with a major in History in 2004, young teacher Nguyen Hong Len was assigned to Suoi Day Secondary School. From 2014 to 2020, he worked at An Co Secondary School (An Co Commune, Chau Thanh District), teaching History, CivicEducation and working as a homeroom teacher. In 2020, he transferred to Ninh Dien Secondary School and continued to teach History. In February 2023, he was appointed Vice Principal of Ninh Dien Secondary School.

Not only is he solid in his professional knowledge, Mr. Len also constantly reads and learns about the history of his life, career and stories about Uncle Ho. Imbued with Uncle Ho's words: "Every teacher must constantly practice to always improve, must have good knowledge and teaching methods, have moral character and love for students, be passionate about his profession and constantly compete to teach well and study well", he spends time participating in training courses organized by the education sector as well as self-studying, proactively applying information technology to management and teaching.
Mr. Len has had effective solutions to improve teaching effectiveness. For many years, he has researched and implemented many topics that have been recognized and highly appreciated by the Council for Reviewing Initiatives of the Education and Training Sector of Chau Thanh District. With topics and solutions applied to teaching, he has created more interest in learning History for students. At the same time, through the classes, students have been trained in many useful skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, and using information technology to learn content related to new lessons. From there, forming a sense of self-study and promoting students' initiative. The quality of education in the classes that Mr. Len is in charge of teaching always meets and exceeds the annual registration target.
As a homeroom teacher, he always closely follows and cares for each student, especially those with difficult circumstances. He often talks to and understands students' feelings, and helps them solve difficulties in studying and in life. He promptly praises and encourages students when they make progress in their studies. He regularly exchanges with parents about their students' learning situation, effectively promoting the close relationship between school and family in education.
Constantly striving and training, for many years he has achieved the title of emulation fighter at the grassroots and provincial levels; and has been evaluated by the school's Board of Directors as having excellently completed his tasks.
In 2021, teacher Nguyen Hong Len was honored to receive a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for his achievements in education and training from the 2016-2017 school year to the 2020-2021 school year, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland. In 2022, he was awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Chairman of the Chau Thanh District People's Committee for his achievements in implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

Teacher Nguyen Hong Len expressed: “In my teaching career, I have always received attention from leaders at all levels, encouragement from colleagues, trust from my family, especially the respect and affection of generations of students. This is a valuable source of spiritual encouragement for me to always strive. The achievements I have achieved are not great compared to my friends and colleagues, especially teachers working in remote areas. Keeping in mind Uncle Ho's words, "no matter how difficult it is, we must continue to compete to teach well and study well", I always continuously study to improve my professional qualifications and skills, contributing a small part to the development of the education and training career of our country".
