On the morning of September 28, the Women's Union of Tho Xuan district announced that after Tuoi Tre newspaper published an article about the family situation of new student Pham Thi Ha, Muong ethnic group, in Dong Coc village, Xuan Phu commune (Tho Xuan).

The Women's Union of Tho Xuan district, in coordination with the Love Connection Fund - Spreading Kindness, with the participation and contributions of businesses and philanthropists in the district, visited and encouraged Pham Thi Ha's family; and at the same time awarded a scholarship of 120 million VND to Ha.

Speaking to Tuoi Tre Online , new student Pham Thi Ha said: "The above scholarship amount was given to me by the sponsor for 4 years of university.

With the encouragement and support of my family, teachers, Tuoi Tre newspaper, especially the Love Connection Fund - Spreading Kindness, I will continue to go to school, confidently continuing to write my dream.

I thank the kind hearts that shared and helped me go to university, so that my life can have a better future."

On September 5, Tuoi Tre newspaper published an article in the series of articles of the scholarship program "Tiep suc den truong 2024" about new student Pham Thi Ha.

Pham Thi Ha's family situation is very difficult, she lost both her parents when Ha was 2 years old, and was taken in and helped by her aunt's family.

Pham Thi Ha is a student at Tho Xuan 5 High School, Tho Xuan District. Despite her difficult circumstances, Ha has never complained or had any intention of dropping out of school.

During her three years in high school, Ha was always an excellent student and an active Youth Union member. In her high school graduation exam, Ha scored 24.75 points in three subjects for university admission: 8.0 in math; 8.5 in physics; and 8.25 in chemistry.

"Going to university is both a joy and a worry for me. I don't know where to get money to pay for university.

Receiving a scholarship from the Love Connection Fund - Spreading Kindness, I feel secure to enroll in the Finance - Banking major at Hanoi University of Industry" - Pham Thi Ha shared.
