According to the latest announcement of the Hanoi Employment Service Center, this agency will stop receiving and returning results for direct applications for unemployment benefits at 13 satellite job exchanges from April 1.
This is to encourage workers to use the National Public Service Portal because of its convenience, speed, completeness, security, and compliance with regulations. Unemployment insurance beneficiaries also do not have to line up and wait to get a number to apply directly.
The Center will strengthen propaganda and guidance for workers who need to submit unemployment insurance applications to register online.
If you want to pay directly, you can still go to the one-stop department, Hanoi Employment Service Center at two locations: No. 215 Trung Kinh, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay, and No. 144 Tran Phu, Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong.
