On March 26, Mr. To Minh Nghi - deputy director of the Provincial General Hospital - said that the unit had just received and performed professional measures to remove a prosthetic penis from the rectum of a male patient.
Previously, V. (23 years old, living in Bien Bach Dong commune, Thoi Binh district, Ca Mau) was hospitalized with sharp pain in the anal area.
V. said that he had previously used a dildo to insert into his anus to create pleasure. Unfortunately, the tool, which is more than 20cm long, got stuck inside and couldn't be taken out on its own.
Too painful, V. went to the hospital thanks to the doctor's intervention.
After examination, the doctors prescribed a spinal anesthetic injection and applied professional measures to safely remove the prosthetic penis. Currently, the patient's health and spirit are stable.
