The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the investment project to build a road connecting the road leading to the Nam Thang Long Industrial Park to Ring Road 3.5 in Bac Tu Liem district.
The route has a total length of approximately 4km. The starting point intersects with the Ring Road 3.5, located in Thuong Cat ward, Bac Tu Liem district.
The route's endpoint intersects with the road leading to the Nam Thang Long Industrial Park, located in Thuy Phuong ward, Bac Tu Liem district.
Completing the road will help to complete the 3.5 Ring Road. (Illustrative image.)
This is an inter-regional road with a design speed of 60 km/h; a cross-sectional width of 40 m; and a section connecting to Ring Road 3.5 with a cross-sectional width of 40 m.
The total investment for the construction is over 780 billion VND, of which the City budget allocates approximately 547 billion VND, and the Bac Tu Liem district budget allocates approximately 263 billion VND. The project is expected to be implemented over 2 years (2025-2026).
