Hanoi intensifies inspections of the handling of feedback and suggestions on iHanoi.

Kinhtedothi - The Hanoi People's Committee has issued Plan No. 23/KH-UBND dated January 23rd on inspecting and monitoring the control of administrative procedures, internal administrative procedures, and handling feedback and suggestions on the iHanoi digital citizen platform in 2025 within the city.

Accordingly, the plan aims to strictly adhere to the principles of "Putting people and businesses at the center" and "Smart administration - Dedicated service," ensuring that inspection and supervision work is substantive, proactive, and contributes to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of specialized agencies and local governments.

Through this, violations and shortcomings in the control of administrative procedures, internal administrative procedures, and the handling of feedback and suggestions on the iHanoi digital citizen platform will be promptly detected and prevented, bringing this work into order, contributing to improving the quality of service, the investment and business environment; and ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of individuals and organizations in the city.

Through inspection and supervision, we aim to enhance transparency and accountability, promptly address difficulties and obstacles; commend, encourage, and replicate effective initiatives, solutions, and best practices; and strengthen the responsibility of heads of agencies and units, focusing on receiving, resolving, and returning results and administrative procedures, as well as handling feedback and suggestions on the iHanoi digital citizen platform in Hanoi in 2025.

In addition, strengthening inspection and supervision will contribute to improving the quality of administrative procedures, public service delivery, online public services, handling feedback and suggestions on the digital citizen platform of Hanoi, and consolidating people's trust in state administrative agencies.

In addition, the plan outlines the content of checking the receipt and processing of feedback and suggestions on the iHanoi digital citizen platform, including statistics on the total number of feedback and suggestions received; the total number of feedback and suggestions resolved on time; and the total number of feedback and suggestions resolved overdue - including subjective and objective reasons.
