Hanoi launches 90-day campaign to "clean up and enrich" land database

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 4961/UBND-NNMT directing units to implement the campaign to enrich and clean up the national database on land.

Accordingly, the City People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to preside over and advise on the establishment of a Steering Committee and a City-level Working Group, and develop a detailed plan to implement the campaign. The deadline for completion is before September 8.

The People's Committees of wards and communes are responsible for establishing grassroots Steering Committees before September 10, and at the same time collecting information on Land Use Right Certificates, Housing Certificates, ID Cards/Citizen ID Cards of land users without digital data before November 15.

The Department of Culture and Sports coordinates with the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the People's Committees of wards and communes to widely propagate the campaign so that people agree and actively participate.

The Public Administration Service Center, in coordination with the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Agriculture and Environment, the City Tax Department and the People's Committees of wards and communes, ensures connection and sharing of land data, serving the settlement of administrative procedures and financial obligations for people and businesses. The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for ensuring information security and safety, and has a plan to prevent system incidents, so as not to interrupt services to people and businesses, and to ensure that they are served smoothly and uninterruptedly.

In addition, the City People's Committee requested the Department of Administrative Police for Social Order - Ministry of Public Security, the Department of Land Management, the Department of Digital Transformation - Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the City Police to coordinate and guide departments, branches and units of Hanoi City to complete the tasks of the plan.
