On the afternoon of September 6, at the regular Government press conference, Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Le Hai Binh informed about the successes of the parade to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

From the perspective of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh said that the very good results of the past few days were the efforts of many forces, of central and local ministries and branches, and the efforts of the entire people under the leadership of the Politburo , the Secretariat, headed by General Secretary To Lam.

" On social networks, there is a funny but very good saying that the Party and State are very sophisticated in arranging 79 parade blocks, so where is block 80? That is the People's block. The people create the foundation and the special things of this entire event, " said the Permanent Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Mr. Le Hai Binh said that the world is interested because our activities are very special. The forces participating in the parade show the strength of our armed forces, including the People's Army, the People's Police, and the most beautiful image is the image of walking in the arms of the People.

In particular, we remember a very short and concise sentence in the General Secretary's speech, which is: Strength belongs to the People, from the People and for the People, " emphasized Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh.

In addition to the parade, Mr. Le Hai Binh mentioned the "Independence - Freedom - Happiness" Exhibition which was carefully prepared and closely directed by the Government. As of September 5, nearly 5 million people have visited and the Exhibition is still welcoming visitors.

From that reality, Mr. Le Hai Binh highlighted many meanings of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2.

Firstly, the affirmation that the path of the past 80 years under the leadership of the Party and Uncle Ho that our people have taken is the right path, through the resistance wars to gain independence, freedom, and national unity. Up to today, we have built this foundation, built a peaceful Vietnam, causing many other countries to look at it and be surprised. That is the right path.

Second, belief in the Party's leadership, belief in the path forward and belief in the strength of our people, the strength of great national unity, including both hard power and soft power, the endogenous strength of the nation.

Third, the series of events, besides joy, are also a tribute to our ancestors, those who sacrificed their blood and youth over the past 80 years. As General Secretary To Lam said in his speech, it is a tribute to our ancestors who built the country.

" On the internet, people say that this Independence Day creates a combo: going out to wait for the parade, going to the exhibition to see the country's achievements, and grandparents lining up together to see Red Rain ," said Permanent Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh.

Fourth, the meaning of the celebration is also pride.

Mr. Le Hai Binh sent his thanks to the press agencies for having over 15,000 articles related to the activities of the celebration. On social networks, it created a beautiful wave when nearly 600,000 short videos were shared, 20 million likes, 2 million shares and especially 1 billion views.
