Two brothers drowned in a stream in Dak Nong.

On the morning of June 20th, leaders of the Nam Gia Nghia ward People's Committee (Lam Dong province) announced that authorities had handed over the bodies of two drowning victims from the Dak Nong stream to their families.

Earlier, at around 3 PM on June 19th, the People's Committee of Nam Gia Nghia ward received a report from Ms. NT H (temporarily residing in Dong Gia Nghia ward) about her two children, NQ V (19 years old) and NM Q (15 years old), drowning in the Dak Nong stream (on the border between Nam Gia Nghia ward and Dong Gia Nghia ward).

Authorities handed over the bodies of the victims to their families for burial in their hometowns.

After receiving the report, the Nam Gia Nghia Ward Police, the functional forces of the Lam Dong Provincial Police, and some local residents organized a search.

However, due to the strong currents and complex terrain in the area, the search for the two victims was quite difficult. It wasn't until around 11 PM on June 19th that the authorities found and recovered the bodies of the two victims.

According to initial information, the two victims and their family had recently arrived in Dong Gia Nghia ward to work. While bathing in the stream, they unfortunately met with an accident.

On the morning of June 20th, the victim's body was handed over to the family to be taken back to their hometown for burial.
