Two companies were fined.

(NLDO) - BOS Securities Joint Stock Company and CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company were fined VND 175 million and VND 85 million respectively.

*GMD: Six out of ten member funds of KIM Vietnam Fund Management have recently purchased shares of Gemadept Joint Stock Company (Code: GMD).

In total, the purchase volume reached 7.38 million shares, thereby increasing the group's total ownership from 21.5 million shares (6.9% of capital) to 28.9 million shares (9.3% of capital) as of November 26. Currently, the largest shareholder is KIM Vietnam Growth Equity Fund (4.5% of capital).

The Board of Directors of Techcombank Securities Joint Stock Company (TCBS) has approved a plan for a private placement of shares. The company expects to solicit shareholder opinions in writing in the near future. Regarding the purpose, according to TCBS, at the beginning of 2024, the company privately offered 225,260 shares (at a price of VND 10,000/share) to its management team, officers, employees, and key partners.

Following this, the company intends to implement a private placement plan to show appreciation to and retain those investors, while also increasing its charter capital, supplementing working capital, and diversifying its ownership structure.

The company plans to offer an additional 118.8 million shares. The expected offering price is 11,585 VND per share, equivalent to an estimated revenue of nearly 1,377 billion VND. This offering price is almost 16% higher than the previous offering (10,000 VND per share).

*TDH: The Board of Directors of Thuduc House Development Joint Stock Company (Thuduc House - TDH) has just announced that Mr. Nguyen Hai Long, the company's General Director, has submitted his resignation for personal reasons.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Long was elected as General Director in mid-April 2024, replacing Mr. Dam Manh Cuong.

*ART: The State Securities Commission (SSC) has just issued a decision to fine BOS Securities Joint Stock Company (stock code: ART) 175 million VND for submitting a report with misleading information.

*CNG: CNG Vietnam Joint Stock Company (stock code: CNG) was fined 85 million VND for failing to conduct investment activities in accordance with regulations.

Dividend payments:

*THG: Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: THG) is paying an interim dividend for the first quarter of 2024 in cash, at a rate of 10%. The ex-dividend date is December 13th.

*DRC: Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company (stock code: DRC) will pay an interim dividend for 2024 in cash at a rate of 5%. The record date is December 20th.
